Yes that is similar for me, intellectual acceptance, but emotional anxiety. Good way of describing it.

I'm very uncomfortable with praise and any spotlight, it's quite triggering. It's lovely to get the recognition but in equal measures very unnerving for me. I imagine lots of survivors get that too.
