The Cides have decided to relaunch their Christmas song again this year - proceeds of the sales will go to HAVOCA

I'm very happy to confirm that the Cides have already donated £1000!!!!

That is such a relief for us financially next year!

However, it would be really good if we continue to raise money. As most of you know, I'd really like to be a position to offer funding to people for counselling sessions. Its a long way off but something I aspire towards.

But, for now, lets stay in the moment and celebrate the contribution lots have made over the past few months!

A scar is the tattoo of a triumph to be proud of. It says the hurt is over and the wound is closed. It means you conquered the pain, learned a lesson, grew stronger, and moved forward. There is a beauty in my scars that I can see now.

when one person heals, it opens the door for everyone to thrive
