Thank you for this Jamie - Maybe we try so hard to avoid grieving but it can be so healing. For me, the depth of loss is sometimes much more shattering than I thought it could ever be. But when I can allow it and just hold all the bits of me close, there is a deep comfort in the process. Only, I have had to learn I need other people and that's hard when you have protected yourself so hard but Havoca can be a place for this too. X
