Password Problems for Existing Members
There are access problems to the site at the moment.
The only fix is to request a password reset via 'I forgot my password' link on the log in page.
You can reset it to the same password that you normally use but you will need to re-enter it again.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Re: Password Problems for Existing Members
Yep had to this yesterday. Was s bit panicky like had I been refused access because I'd done something bad, and what would I do if I couldn't get on!

Re: Password Problems for Existing Members
I had this problem on my iPad yet mysteriously not on my iMac or MacBook Pro. Go figure on that. Glad it wasn't just me putting in something erroneously or Havoca kicking me out for something. Phew
I guess as survivors of abuse many of us would assume we got kicked off the site because of something we did.

Yep, I got it too. You do REALISE that we could only READ this message if we sorted out the problem (reset password - glad it let me reset to my Same OLD password). LoL
I can DIG the being BANNED horrors you all felt, momentarily.
Happened to me once, my FIRST Survivor Site, "The Survivor's Forum". I DID get banned, with absolutely NO warning or chance to explain. But it was not really a Healthy Place for me - 200+ members, 3 active GUYS, and we were NOT made Welcome by many of the ladies there (Host included, to a degree) - like "BOYS don't get raped!" attitude. Mark L and I BOTH got banned - we were trying to get folks to HEAL and progress, there were too many there still VICTIMS, wallowing in self-pity and only wanting sympathy, never helping or encouraging OTHERS (Self-Self-Self) and making the same complaints every Day. But the worst thing was, My (Then Very ACTIVE) inner 8 year old had LITTLE friends there, whom he ADORED. When we found the door permanently CLOSED, he Burst into tears - HOWLED.. (and I had to go along). Losing Friends our Greatest Horror and Misery.
But MARK invited me soon to a BETTER Place ("Coming Out of the MIST"), with MORE active Guys.. and some more Little Playmates for my davy to talk to. And LOVE

Yes, I do realise this, but people who had ticked the 'remember me' box would still be able to read this message - so they would know what to do if/when they got locked out. It also gives people feedback who were able to find their way in without our help.
Thats why we also put a message on the main site and emailed everyone.
